Purchases

Courses and office hours are one-time purchases at the price shown on the homepage, in US dollars. Office hours cover three months from the day you buy. You are charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe, and this site never sees or stores your card number.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a course or office hours, call or text us at 916-292-8920 and ask for a refund.

Education, not therapy

Our courses and office hours are education. They are not therapy or counseling, they do not create a therapist-client relationship, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional who knows your situation.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy a course or office hours.

Privacy

When you buy a course or office hours, Stripe collects your payment details and shares your name and email address with us so we can give you what you bought and answer your questions. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
